Ok, so jerking off aside

My youngest of 3 graduates this year. For the older 2, we did a pig roast. People knew it ahead of time, and came to eat. We had upwards of 150-200 people come to eat. My pig roaster is easy. Prepping the pig, not so much. I'm thinking about doing pork roasts on the smoker. I can fit probably 8 roasts in my electric smoker. Set it and forget it. I can also use my wood smoker if I needed more. Or I could throw 15 roasts in the pig roaster. Thoughts?
Kevin, my thoughts are we need your address LOL and time dinner will be served.

I did ride up to @mdavlee house last Saturday and he showed me how to read my degree wheel. He also let me port my saw while I was there. I tell ya he's a damn smart guy and willing to help others.
I always expected that I wish I was closer to you guys for some hands on knowledge

I like the roast idea. You can season them all a little different.
