Normally. He just got his teaching degree and is student teaching in a neighboring town.....for free because it's part of his college. He actually had to pay for it. And while he's doing it, he can't have another job. So I'm helping him out cuz he's broke.

He wanted to do it today but I was a bit under the weather still lol

I was in a friend's basement right after he bought his house and there was black mold on the walls. He said it wasn't anything. I'm pretty much allergic to everything and I lost my voice after being down there about an hour. After that he had someone come in and clean it. How the "experts" missed that during the home inspection I'll never know.

That's most of the problem today. No one knows or wants to know how to do anything for themselves.

My boys are still young but when they want something they know they have to earn it. I will give them extra chores to do and whatever else come to my mind to earn stuff they want. The way I see it if you want something you have to pay for it.

Sounds like your cousin with good intentions wants to see a mx star in his son but might have spoiled him a bit.

My 10 year old already bought his first motorcycle. He raises animals and sells them at the fair in the 4H sale. Granted I have some money invested in them as well and I don't get any of it back but it helps him understand how this whole earning your keep thing works.
