Take it apart and fix it then put it back together. Rest of the guys around here hit 'em with hammers and shoot 'em with guns or send them to people just to mess with them.

Not a one, just been maintained. For now I have only one modded saw and that's my 272xp. There will be one more come spring, more about it when it's done...

Ive played with my 3314 and 3516 mm and timing advance but the 5020 has a different muff and was looking for some inspiration for it.

Ive played with my 3314 and 3516 mm and timing advance but the 5020 has a different muff and was looking for some inspiration for it.

I just took the screen off the muffler and re-tuned it, mix up bar oil with a jug of STP to slow the oiler down. They're not half bad when ya get 'em running right. I don't worry about it much cause if I need it I just grab a bigger saw. Mostly now days I cut the slab wood off the sawmill with it a lot, that is if I'm not running one from the antique fleet.

Careful when messing with the fuel line, it has a plastic lining in it and if you just pull on it it will be ruined.

Careful when messing with the fuel line, it has a plastic lining in it and if you just pull on it it will be ruined.

Really its not a single piece? Or is the plastic to keep it from kinking?
