It's just this crazy ass weather got my sinuses all screwed up/stopped up and outta whack...seeing temp spans from mid/high-30's in the early morning hours to damn near 80's in the afternoons.

BFG passenger tires manufactured 21st week of 2010. Was hoping they'd last till fall but we've been using it like a truck, recent acquisition.
Ive heard tell that you shouldn't run tires more than 6 years old. It seems like some literally go to poop at that mark

Just found out that my #2 Assistant is pregnant. Going to be starting Mat leave at the end of August...

You likely aren't aware but in Canada parents are entitled to 52 weeks of Parental Leaving with paid employment benefits...

(Assistant #1 is currently on Mat Leave, maybe returning in May...)

Who keeps hiring these women of child baring age...

You likely aren't aware but in Canada parents are entitled to 52 weeks of Parental Leaving with paid employment benefits...

(Assistant #1 is currently on Mat Leave, maybe returning in May...)

Is that just benefits or an actual paycheck?

My work just changed from getting one day (if it fell on your day to work) to 4 full weeks of pay. So irritating.....Can't hardly get most of the younger generation to come to work the way it is, then you give them an option to 4 full weeks of pay. They call it bonding time
