I've never had it, my wife is required to have it for work. She usually gets some sort of flu every year.

I can't remember the last time I've had the flu.

Good ole clean water , can't be beat . It took me 40yr's to realize that. Took a while to get used to it but that's all I hardly ever drink now aka. coffee for flavor.
