Yes they do but I talk it as an opportunity to be an azzhole to the next shift ! like in the manner of clean and not running the press in to the ground. Plus if I don't get to azzhole out some time i end up bringing that *s-word home

Expecially when the plant is empty..

Real easy to leave the hood down a bit too long....

Another thing that sucks about an empty plant, is when the motion activated lights are on in the break room before you go in...

Guess the people across the lot in heat treat got hungry. They not supposed to wander over here tho.
