Then we have about an hour or 2 at home before heading to the evening one in another town. Full day, but it’s all for the kids, and helping them overcome their own fears.

You got a mouse in your pocket? All kidding aside, I put the big 19mm Ring Chains on my skidder by myself. Use a rope to throw over the tire and let the machine roll the chains on for you. Then just tighten and hook.

Certainly a fantastic way to lay chains, mine were in a pile, frozen to the ground.

Fortunately, the front tires are livable with 24" tires, the rear is 34" and a 9.5mm chain, something we rarely bother to put on.
We usually use ropes and drive them, or there are two of us like today.
