Lives an hour plus away. Has to do things his way. He's been putting up this kitset carport for weeks.
I'd have it done in a couple of days, but it causes too much family stress because I don't hextriple check everything 29000 times before realizing that the one drill he wants to use is flat. See the 72 load binders for squaring, leveling and just for Unca Tim, plumbing.
I love him, but we cant work together.
He'll get it done. Hopefully before he dies.

He's got alot going on there with all those ratcheting straps. Squaring, straightening, and leveling. One man band, God bless him! That is some unique structure material for sure. Tough old guy no doubt

Something to think about Andy if you have to buy one or two new ones. Pay for the road hazard warranty. It will cover sidewall damages, pro-rated, but hey it wouldn't hurt as much. I'm not trying to be a jack arsz my man.

Hinerman is the one I am referring to. He shows up in this thread on occasion, but is mainly active in the OK,AR,MO,KS thread. Looks to be a splitting party this saturday in SW Mo and he is supposed to be there. I would offer to do sack kicks, but that is probably not the best place since it is for a church youth group fund raiser.

It's not that, he is a hell of a worker, father, and provider and I couldn't be more proud of him

He just goes after everything like he is killing cats, whereas I am slower and more methodical

When we cut trees or mill wood or anything like that I just stand back and watch the hurricane

I wouldn't miss being with him and just kind of offering the occasional piece of advice is gratifying and time well spent

When we bought the new car they were pushing the usual extras like tire and wheel insurance and it was shocking to find out the policy wouldn't cover damage if you hit something laying in the street that wasn't normally there, like a piece of lumber
