Morning / Evening All. Slacked on the walk this morning. Thea and I got outside and before we reached the end of the drive a deer ran by with coyotes howling behind he. Thea turned around and headed for the safety of the deck.

My dad test drove a new Cruiser and a new Bronco, he said one was a Subaru Outback dressed as a Cruiser, the other was a wheeler dressed as a Bronco. As for Cruisers, anything FJ80 or older is allright in my book but I have a soft spot for the FZJ80's:

They stopped selling those up here long before they did down there. I am not sure there are any on the road at all anymore, would love to have one though.

We could use it as well, as we are at 9 weeks since the last 0.10" or better dribbles.
There have been 2 times in those 9 weeks that it dropped moisture spots that were not enuf to fully wet any surface though.

Long drive after work to meet up with some friends, drink a beer or two and kick a soccer football for two days.
Then Monday is our Labour Day public holiday.
Pretty close to the perfect weekend.

Yeah, you don't make appointments for the Wisconsin DMV unless you are going for a road test for your license.
And I am unsure how far away any donuts are from there.
There is a Target next door if that matters.

We are lucky, we have several "DMV in a Box" partner businesses where you can go and take care of 99% of your DMV business and since they aren't on a state "I get paid regardless" time clock, and are actually in business to make money, they get you in, get you out, and get the next guy in line to make even more money

State DMV is a joke and actually charges you a surcharge if you go in person to take care of business you could have done on line at the state DMV website

Ours is just as convoluted and they are also assuming everyone has access to a computer and a credit card, which isn't always the case up here

To penalize you for walking in to renew your tags is abuse, pure and simple

I don't even pay attention to what the DMV in a Box charges over and above the state fee, if it means I don't have to deal with the actual DMV idiots it is a bargain
