Uffda, no peppers for me or I’ll be in the fetal position on the floor. I like ‘em, but they don’t like me..

I fry up spam and diced potatoes about once a week. I scramble the eggs and spam together, set on top of the fried potatoes, add shredded cheese to the top, and now you have breakfast.

More for me, supply & demand helps the prices stay down. Me almost have the sads you can't have them.

I eat them almost daily like a apple, or chop them up, thrown them in my breakfast scrabble few times a week.

Or cut the top off and stuff them with hamburger & rice for a stuffed pepper for dinner.

So much can be done with peppers. Tuna salad, etc, etc, etc........ peppers are always in my fridge.
