Yes, it is highly selective and is used just for that purpose in this area. Kills broad leaf so clover is a no go, but most use it for spot spraying anyway. Mix rate for initial spray is 1 oz of powder to 100 gal of water. Start with minimal and then mix 1.5oz/100gal for touch up.
