It’s a debate that will end in our favor, but the pain in the ars is trying to get the money for the parts and labor that I’ve put into it so far. He’s saying the contract was for all maintenance and I’m saying that doesn’t include preexisting conditions.

I had a customer complaining that his bill was too high and that I must have miscalculated it. I took it from him to look it over, told him he was right, forgot to add mileage and travel. Suddenly he wanted to pay the original amount. Nope, corrected it. He had to pay. He will never question a bill again, hoping I made a different mistake. Lol

We are so lucky that we have only had a few droughts in my life.
I absolutely believe that we are involved in and influence the climate, but I am very doubtful about how it can be changed.

Good evening fellas. Finally slackin time again.

2 sides are siding and caulking complete. The other 2 sides have similar amounts of siding to have to be attended to to be replaced, and at least a full coat of primer and some final color paint coats.
There is also a bit of concrete repairs to add the project, but that's a few days down the road.
