We’ve had that twice here over the summer- coincidentally while a 3rd party crew was installing new poles down the line a couple miles… either way, we got the pleasure of putting out the fires once the power was killed.

As long as its on the ground all is good. It sucks when it lays across the roof of a house.

Evening folks. Finally got the leak on the grandpa Buick fixed. I guess the Dorman dipstick tube seal I installed last week wasn't made for ATF, because it looked like this today when I removed it-View attachment 431320
I replaced it with a new AC Delco one. Hopefully it holds up a little better.

No, Dorman is an aftermarket parts brand that is very hit-or-miss on quality. Sometimes they improve on the OE design. Other times their stuff is straight junk.
