I have 2 unopened quarts of Schaeffer's 7000 and a quart and a half of YamaScuff just sitting, but I can get Dominator at the market about 10 minutes away and in the amounts I burn the cost difference is negligible

I would be fine using the Schaeffer's but I am just waiting for someone to ask if I have any spare 2T oil so I can give the YamaScuff away

I honestly can't believe the Yama is bad oil, I just know I can do better, according to the oil gurus

I have had dozens of of Yamaha dt250 and rt360s honda, Suzuki,bultaco dirt bikes and
still have 60s through the 80s/90s chainsaws setting around the shop
Like homelite xl12s and 1 and 2 series Husqvarna's they still run they came from families local to me run mostly on 30 weight oil 16 or 20/1 until the 80s until lawn boy, Valvoline pretty much were the most popular 2 cycle oil
Stihl was around but difficult to find
People would run Pennzoil as a last resort and would rather piss in a engine than run quaker state oil.
Many of my 1&2 series from the 80s ran on lawn boy oil it was everywhere back then
My 181/281s lived on it 40/1
You could get a 4 pack for like 2.00
Stihl ultra is the worst oil I've ever seen personally orange bottle is ok.

At the end of the day I would rather have fresh high quality fuel and just a decent oil than stale or crappy fuel with the best oil in the world

There is plenty of room Larry, it's just not nearly as efficient here as it is in other locations

I got info from the extension agent on hot composting and generally it is a minimum of a year startup before it is viable

The boss and I have discussed it and haven't come to any consensus, partly because we actually have very little use for compost

I prefer to take it to the dump where they have a larger scale compost pile going on, they have you dump it and then take the bags back home

I prefer not to just include it with the garbage pickup because it ends up still in bags in the landfill

We were in the same situation last night but made the drive, Google said they were open until 8pm, got there at 7:30 and the place was shuttered. There is another place in that town that we could get ice cream and we didn’t but I still want a milkshake.
