Once in a while.
I dont mind the challenging stuff, really. But when everyone else is doing brakes, used and new inspections and stuff it does at times get me irritated. I wouldnt find something simple once in a while
You must be to good at the challenging stuff.
I have the same problem at work, something important needs done I get volentold it's my problem.
Sometimes a fella just wants to ride the gravy train...

It is apparently pretty common. I am so good, I get to do others work often. Lol.

try again i see paint left
I had The Bubba LLC ready with a fire extinguisher, but we were able to snuff it out with a rag easy enough. There's a couple of hydraulic hoses just above where I was torching the bearing off, so we were trying to be careful.

You should have been with me when I would use a torch to cut off ford spring hangers for the rear leafs
Or when I deliberately put a torch on a gas tank on a Chevy square body to cut the rear axle and springs off lol

I was a boiler head too before iron head. And yeah should have said tubes but they called the bigger headers both up here. All the smaller diameter was tubes and the plumbers work started first weld past the boiler skin
right main lines outside the skin was the fitters
supply lines and tubes connecting the sections of header together was ours
ive done a few of them and also repairs on the headers

I lit the fires in the boiler.
Thank you both for keeping the process fluid in the tubes and pipes, where it belonged.

So, water tube boiler then Adam? Not fire tube?
Water in the HP steam boiler tubes.
Crude oil in the fractionator furnace tubes.
Bitumen in the bitumen fuel furnace tubes.
Platformate in the Benzene Reduction Unit furnace tubes.
Kerosene in the Jet Fuel desulpherizer furnace tubes.
Gasoil in the Diesel desulpherizer furnace tubes.

It was a busy desk Larry.
