Because the computer won't let you look up anything until you put every detail, relative or not, in. It does feel stupid asking people if their car is 4wd when they want wipers.

You can, but then after you get their wipers they go and say "oh I also need a price on front brakes and rotors for the same vehicle" and you have to ask them all over again because you put it in wrong.
