Well that's why they made the OCI 10k miles so you only have to do it half as often!

Right?
Plus oil was always to lubricate and cool the engine.
Now, let's also ask it to perform a bunch of various hydraulic functions well.
And do it for way past its real world service life.
Plus, fuçk pulling the dipstick every once in a while because oil level is dumb. InstaFaceTok said so.

lmao i still wouldnt do the 10k oil interval even in a diesel let alone in a gas motor
ford is only saying that so internals with extremely tight tolerances so it wears out early
Tell Jason to quit sitting on it while you’re teabagging him

Or, changing a light bulb on a 2012 Chevy Malibu without breaking any plastic in cold weather, 13 bolts, 7 plugs, pull fascia loose. You must have patience of Job!

Those come apart easy.
The new trucks and full size utilities are a biotch.
I looked at a 15 Silverado 2500 yesterday, oil leak at the flywheel housing. 200k miles. Of course they want it fixed.
Not looking forward to it. I expect the turbo downpipe to be stuck like a mutha, the indirect injector to twist off and probably break the starter solenoid too..

I've been on that stretch of road a few times, this facing east bound just outside Bozeman. Bigger mountains in the rear view mirror.

Couldn't get over 35 PMH, for about the first 80 miles this day, was dang slick as snot / icy. Lots of puckering that day.

I see you import your windshields from Alaska
