Ibuprofen a muscle relaxer and oxy. They know I don’t want the oxy but said I should take it for a few days to help me rest and keep the pain under control. It’s a 5 mg tablet that I take every 4-6 and can take up to 2 at a time. Right now we are spacing the tablets out so I’m not taking 2 at a time.

They gave me oxy 5 when I came home from surgery
But they didn’t help much
I would take one about a hour before I wanted to sleep and I’d get a couple hours of sleep

It’s taking the edge and ice is helping some but I know it’s going to be a rough stretch here. This brace is causing me enough pain as it is. Obviously I need to rest but as soon as these oxys can be done I’m be happy
