I can remember as a very young kid seeing a kids map of the world and animals and people in the upper northern hemisphere was standing up straight and the penguins in the antarctic and the stuff in the lower southern hemisphere was shown upside down and I remember wondering why that southern stuff didn't fall off the earth

Once in my physics 1 class, the professor called on me and asked for an answer I totally didn't know. I replied "Who cares, the earth is flat and this is all made up BS anyways." I don't think he knew if I was being serious or not, so he just called on someone else.

No expert here Adam, but thanks for the comment.
I would tend to think the pin missed it's nitriding process. Was that pin customer built? Nitriding is better than carburizing as you don't want through hardness just surface hardness. Carburized pins will completely fracture in halve. My only suggestion is to add some grease ways into the bronze bushings out from the center. You would need a football burr for non ferrous metal prolly same as what guys on here port saws with. Be sure they add the dirt seals that are missing in the boom front. It will help keep out the abrasives, red zealie dirtzzz.

-11 here this morning. Last time I had a procedure done it was cold like this. Seems to be a trend for me. Need surgery well enjoy some cold azz temps. Anywho going to make the best of another day riding the couch like Dallas. Hopefully I’ll be back up quickly.
