Cleaned up the leaves for hopefully the last time this year, fixed the clunking sway bar links on my mom's Subaru and finally got the truck washed for the first time since going to Randy's. Then stopped by the fresh meat market for some beef jerky.

Spent hours looking for a Donaldson and Shell pic on the interwebs to no avail.
Eventually resorted to actually doing the service instead. @ayoungtexan made it look a lot easier to pretend work I'll tell you.
Also, how the hell does Ed do it? Stupid fasteners, dumb filter placements blah blah blah.

can a piston just be replaced without needing any kind of computer *B-S.... to get it running again?
Dealership quoted 500.00+ to fix it.

I knew someone was gonna say it... but no I didn't. I got the jerky, some chicken and a couple steaks.

No, they had about 30 different kind of sausage but not the kind you like.

Henry's in Cranberry. Some stuff was a little expensive but other stuff was actually cheaper than Giant Eagle or Shop n Save.

Not sure how the computer would know it has a different piston in it. My guess is rebuild away. P/V test and let her rip, with a sharp chain of course.

Henry's in Cranberry. Some stuff was a little expensive but other stuff was actually cheaper than Giant Eagle or Shop n Save.

They do have some high quality stuff there. And yeah some is kinda pricey
