I have ours done right after labor day

Tamara and I both have birthdays in September and usually keep it up until late just in case we get a day or two that is nice. I think the 20th was our last swim this year. With everything g going on with T’s parents and then Elliott’s birthday I the fall jobs just got behind.

Just saw this and all I can feel is sorry for parents who struggle and save and plan to send their kids to college if this is what higher education in our country has come to

I had my 9mm on me, wasn't my cow. Ind it hurts neighborly relations when you shoot one of their cows. I could have spectated, but I could see they were in over their head. Cow is safe, no car accidents. Just some scratches and a funny story.

I can see the reasoning behind it and support it. Fentanyl is being used as a “date rape” drug and test kits should be available at all bars. We’ve had 90 reported cases so far this year

That had not occurred to me

But then again, I met my wife at a swimming pool, not a bar, took her to nice restaurants, roller skating, etc and "date rape" would never have even been in my thought process

I have simply outlived my ability to cope with our world I guess

The “valley” used to be quite notorious for meth labs but a lot of that has been dealt with

The area I live in now has very little in the way of crime

Unless we are going onto the Air Force Base I have a handgun and a substantial knife or two on me at all times

I’m the only one who will protect we and mine if the *s-word hits the fan

The cops are only there to write it up afterwards, assuming a person survives

I’ve done things this way all my adult life (except while in Hawaii) and it’s second nature

Call me paranoid or crazy or whatever

Doesn’t bother me one bit

Afternoon fellas. Spent a rainy day here putting struts and upper control arms on a buddies F-150. What a mfer....had to sawzall both lower strut bolts out and one control arm bolt. Thank god for Diablo carbide!!
