Morning gents
Working on the first pot of the day and watching the leaves turn and the rain come down
I had a very small window late yesterday afternoon and got a small corner of the yard mowed for the first time
I took about 1 1/2" inches off the top and bagged it and its still 4 1/2-5" tall
When I finally get to cut the whole thing I will probably have to do 2-3 passes over several days to bring it down to the suggested 3" for Fescue
It was damp enough that the wheel ruts and foot prints wouldn't stand back up to get trimmed on the next pass
The triangle area on the right was hydroseeded with Alaska wildflowers, one of several areas we had done that way
The gravel pad in the foreground is a pad for a 12'x24' barn roof shed that will sit behind the garage
It is supposed to be built and delivered in early November, assuming the snow situation allows that
If not then the mower and all the other garden crap will have to live in the garage over the winter and my poor old 4Runner gets to spend yet another winter outside
