Who in the hell pays $15 for a veggie footlong and chips and a drink or whatever? Do they not have coupons around goat-roping, ass slap Brokeback Mountain, WV? We get Subway coupon sheets in the mail at least twice a month here...$6.99 for a footlong, $12.99 for any two footlongs, $17.99 for any three footlongs. Coupons work for all their subs but three specialties, and then you only pay just over another dollar each for those.

i got yelled at today by the cardiac rehab therapist
on the stationary bike im doing resistance 3 and needing to go to 4
they want it ran at between 50 and 60 rpm today i found my comfortable pace at between 70 and 75 rpm
i asked for it to be moved up for friday to reisistance 4 and she said no because my pulse was to high
we have to wear a heart monitor the whole time we are there
they have already raised my allowed heart rate to 146 from 136 the other day
today during the stationary bike i was at 142
so some of you guys may be in trouble at a gtg if im near 100% lol
