Fed-Ex has always sucked around here. But I do know that they are fanchised - not singly owned. So experiences vary greatly from area to area.

UPS and Spee-Dee Delivery have always been excellent in these parts.

UPS has always been spot on around here. FedEx is actually fairly decent around here, at least in the last year or so it seems to have changed for the better. USPS certainly sports the biggest "could give a fuqq less" badge of all. One of my older sisters retired from FedEx and ran the Macon, GA hub and distribution center back in the 80's/early 90's. She ran that mf'r with an iron fist and would fire delivery folks asses in a NY minute back in those days for any justified complaint that came in concerning deliveries, throwing packages, etc.

An online store that mainly sells computer equipment was where I found the kit, much cheaper than a hardware store, and they sent the next day, one day shipping and at my place it arrived:

I'm going out on a little shopping trip to buy T4, T3, T2, and umbrako in 2.5 and 3.0, and maybe some other screwdrivers, I'll stick to Wira.
I will also have a Knipex cutter.

Around here UPS is waaayyy better than FedEx. Twice, I've had FedEx drop and leave packages in the middle of my driveway that were supposed to be signed for. One of them had a brand new ported powerhead in it from some guy in Tennessee, and they just left it visible and in the rain for everyone to see. Driver just scribbled "covid" on the electronic pad and threw it out the truck.

Our UPS driver is awesome, though, and even invites my German Shepard to come get cookies from the truck. I suspect UPS is better to work for as the drivers I encounter are happier.
