Like most things, I can be passionately interested, I enjoyed building chainsaws when we could still track down 242 parts, wasn't easy though, but always rewarding.

When Husqvarna stopped keeping simple parts in the product range, my interest in chainsaws disappeared.

Nowadays, the chainsaw is only important as a tool, if I suddenly buy a new chainsaw, that's the tool I buy, my collecting mania ended many years ago.

Tree service guy is bringing me some 550s and 562s In 5 gallon buckets
I'm sure they'll be fun to work on.

Buckets of parts are the best just like a puzzle may have extra screws in one and not enough in others plus needing to figure out what length and thread

New tires are on the Grandpa Buick. I passed on the Chinese Ling Long tires and went with the Walmart-exclusive Goodyears. I also Seafoamed it and changed the oil again.

I should be going to a bee and bee related type stuff auction tomorrow. I wonder what junk and stuff will be there.

I understand there are 5 lots bees in 5 frame nucleus's. Any guesses on how much the 5 frame nuc's will go for ? Last yr it was around £200 each

If it's like everything else I'd say 25% more.

Those ling long tires are awesome, pretty sure that is what they use in formula one. Lol
