I felt well enough to try to work some today. Got saws tested and am boxing them up. I get worn out too easy to stay on task. I do feel better....but not well. Bad damn headache....
I was worse today. Energy zapped from me.

I wasn't thinking of Dave. See next quote.

Yes AP's bar shop, is he still around?

I tried searching the forum last night, but could not remember his user name.
I don't think so. Did a Google search and it says temporary closed. I think maybe COVID took em out like a lot of other small businesses?? Who knows.

I had a similar deal there a couple weeks ago. Six, seven days with a headache and congestion. It gets old in a hurry. GWS

You've spent too much time in the mega cab if you think an 84 Vette hauls asś.

One of my uncles used to have 7 Vette's in his collection of cars.

I drove his 84 once, I never asked to drive that turd again. He only bought because my aunt wanted it.

Now his 67 Stingray, and the 61 fuelie, were cars I asked (and got to) drive again.

I think you're a little mistaken Junebug. When the Vette's went from CFI in '82 to TPI in '84, it was day and night difference in what they would do. And back in those days to think the Vette's and IROC-Z's both with TPI wouldn't haul ass is ludicrous at best. There wasn't a domestic production made vehicle out there, Mustangs nor Grand Nationals, that could touch the Vette. The only Grand National that would get a Vette's ass was the last year production '87 GNX (3.8L turbocharged V6).

You were prob busy with crayons and coloring books in elementary school when that was going on.

A Grand National (or aka a Buick T-type) will hand TPI Vette or Iroc, it's ass on any day of the week. I've seen it time & time again.

Not just last year production GNX's either.

One of the spoiled rich kids I was in high school with had one, I drove it a few times, it was blast to drive.

There was 4 GN's in the high school parking lot, and a few vettes and camaros.
The way the power comes on in those turbo v6's and keeps pulling and pulling is impressive.

As soon as I saw that reply I knew he was right, pretty sure Anthony (?) closed up before covid, pretty sure I remember him selling off all his square grinders and stuff a long time ago.

Almost pulled the trigger on a ‘96 Ford Bronco today after limping my Exploder in after a MAP sensor failed. Of course the owner of the dealership doesn’t really want to sell it from his personal collection with a $50k sticker on it.

I will say my service advisor really saved my ass and got it back to me today, of course he did send me home with the key fob in his pocket not mine…
