Everything going good this way. I haven’t done a lot of grilling or smoking either the last month or better. Had been doing briskets on the regular for a while, then turned to ribeyes but they were mostly cast iron skillet. Done burgers several times in the Ninja XL indoor grill and Ninja large indoor grill, they turn out pretty good when I’m too damn lazy or short on time to crank a grill up. LolNot much Jason.
Just waiting for smoking/grilling season to start. Funky weather this winter has severely impacted my outdoor cooking. Been playing with the Sous vide some and cutting firewood.
How’s things been with you?
BTW- good choice on the sides.
