Not much Jason.
Just waiting for smoking/grilling season to start. Funky weather this winter has severely impacted my outdoor cooking. Been playing with the Sous vide some and cutting firewood.
How’s things been with you?

BTW- good choice on the sides.

Everything going good this way. I haven’t done a lot of grilling or smoking either the last month or better. Had been doing briskets on the regular for a while, then turned to ribeyes but they were mostly cast iron skillet. Done burgers several times in the Ninja XL indoor grill and Ninja large indoor grill, they turn out pretty good when I’m too damn lazy or short on time to crank a grill up. Lol

@Mastermind or @Agent Smith . Ever had a laminate crumb land in the contact cement and not see it. This hack saw blade will slide between the laminate and the particle board and pull the offending garbage out.

I never mess with laminate except for putting end caps on the occasional home depot Pringle shaped countertop but good thinking

Both kids sold their crawlers. Have been going with friends though. Went to King Of The Hammers last month.
