Morning fellas. This recent cold snap has prompted me to find a way to get my car to warm up faster. I did some thinking and decided to drain 3/4 of the engine oil out of my little work car in hopes more fiction will = more distribution of heat. I'll keep you posted on the results.

Morning goons…32 to 60, little nipplish ‘round these parts.

Speaking of S-10’s, bought one new back in ‘86. Had the 2.8L V6, put damn near a quarter million miles on it in a decade and an half and the only thing I had to replace was the TPS twice.
I had a ZR2 PACKAGE when I was in the Marines. It was a super nice truck until it rolled over sideways in a sand bog trail @ Lejeune. It was never the same afterwards. On top of continually finding sand in every crevice of the truck, inside and out, it had a fuel issue I could never track down.

What was the result of the door issue? Did you make it fit or need a replacement?
Ceramic guys are going to be onsite tomorrow and cut the tile beside the jambs. Then I'll use a bottle jack and 2x4 to persuade the jamb into the proper position
