Those old 028s can be a clusterfuck btw. Some have a magnesium tank, bad to corrode. That one in your picture has no chain brake....and will have points too.

Here on the Plateau we have mild summers. Rarely hits the 90s. Humility is high sometimes though. Our 2000' elevation saves our asses.

I sold quite a few of the retrofit chain brake kits for those early 028's recently on the bay. Couldn't believe what people were paying for them things but i aint complaining
