I worked till 9 last night. Built a MS390 today. Reassembling a Dolmar 6400 brake now. After that I'm ready to say fugh a saw till tomorrow.

Not bad I guess considering the workday prob didn't start until noon or later. Whatchu want...attaboy or participation trophy? I'll make it happen either way.

Cherry juice daily seems to keep mine in check Dave.

Before I went to a rheumatologist I'd have severe attacks
And my previous doctor said to elevate my feet when that happened
Well that led to gout migrating to both knee's
I was down for three weeks just couldn't even stand up
I called the Dr and called him a worthless NOPE and he quit taking my calls for some reason.
But after I went to a rheumatologist I haven't had a major flare up for many years.
