Did a quick smoke on some pork tenderloin and grilled some asparagus to go with. Pretty good eats if I say so myself.

I did a tenderloin as well for lunch today. Kinda like that I can find them on sale for a decent price.

Sorry to hear that Mark. I did something to tweak my back, but is muscular not bone related. Finding out I need to think before I act as I get older. Been hurting myself a lot lately.

Good luck with that Dr, hope he helps you. Take it easy buddy, slow and steady wins the race.

ive been having issues and went to dr friday
been getting winded and chest hurting when doing anything strenuous since the first of january and thought it was acid reflux and in my lungs
friday at the dr office he took my blood pressure and it was 150/100 in both arms
they did a ekg and he said from what it showed is the top left lobe of heart is either or and enlarged or blockages
they did bloodwork and he is setting me up with a appointment with a heart dr to see what he finds
the dr is supposed to call me when he finds things out
best case is i get put on meds and worse case is getting stent put in
he is also setting up a stress test and a ultrasound for my liver along with scopes

he said i should be better before i go back to work next month

the dr i went to is a guy ive known for almost 30 years from when i worked at grafton homes and his dad was foreman there and the dr would work summers there

he is also the one who took care of me in 2016 when i was sick

just figured id let the ones know who knew what ive been going through and why ive been on here so much lately lol

Thanks for sharing D. I was curious but it wasn’t my place to ask. Hopefully they get you ship shape quickly. What was your response why he told you to switch to decaf and gone up smokes?

this stuff is hereditary
mom had the same issue and my older sister had a heart attack when she was 52 and had to get stents in

i havent been completely right with stamina since i got sick in 2016 when blood pressue was 80/60 and pulse was 140
had to have blood transfusion then because of hemoglobin
so if get stent it may get me back to original

I’ve been the stent route twice now, but years apart with the procedures.

I’ve been the stent route twice now, but years apart with the procedures.
