Morning Fellas. Yep snowing again.
Evening dash'ers.
Longtime listeners will remember my stepmum bought a PT Cruiser, and the enthusiasm I greeted that news with.
Wellllll, it needs a cambelt and an a/c tx valve. Cambelt quotes between 2 and 3 k nzd, tx valve is in the cabin so dash needs to come out so it's a couple of grand too. No NZ Chrysler Ed to be seen.
On receipt of this news I just stared back with a "You're on your own here as previously stated" look on my face.

I did that with most of my earthly possessions, and bought her a Ford Ranger.I had a 67 Wildcat that I really liked. I wanted rid of a crazy woman so bad that I gave it to her so she could go far far away.
Good morning fellas. 6-7” fell over night. More coming down today, but only another inch expected. Kids have a 2 hour delay for school, so a big breakfast cooked by dad it is!
buddy in high school had a dodge stratus. had to take the tire and inner fender off to change the battery. mechanic down the road told him to never bring that pos to his shop again lolI did a water pump on one. Removed the passenger side headlight to be able to reach through the hole. Not a fun time.

Still got the best end of the deal.![]()
My .17 Remington leaves the barrel in similar fashion loaded with 20gr Vmax’s. Those low recoiling varmint rifles are so much fun to shoot!Bullet is leaving the barrel at 4120 ft/second

I had one of those. It was a manual, too. I drove it back when I was in the Marines. It made many of trips from Lejeune to WV and other states. It's one of the cars I've owned that I'm glad it can't talk and tell the stories of what it was put through.buddy in high school had a dodge stratus. had to take the tire and inner fender off to change the battery. mechanic down the road told him to never bring that pos to his shop again lol
