on our jobs guards have to stay on grinder along with handle
pain in the ass yes im guilty of beating a grinder to pieces more than once
they have paperwork that can be filled out so can be used without but plant makes that call

i work with guys would make most people cry and some of the stickers would probably make that one safety person go nuts
but people just dont grow up and then they let a sticker or words offend them then they need to go back to their office and cry a while
construction guys are a different breed and if they can hurt your feelings then they will sit back and laugh
but also if you try to mess with them wrong you probably wont go home the same way you came to work

Yup that’s true lol. Once the guys figure they can bother you it’s like flies on chit. Most of the time the guys I worked with disregarded safety often , small family business with run down equipment. You’d love it there they even let you chain smoke ciggies inside the shop lol

I almost had 1 screw I could not figure out where it went.
I also had one connector that I couldnt remember where it went to.

Once I found the lower duct temp sensor that the connector went to, I also found right next to it, where that screw went.
That involved me installing and removing the console 2 more times.. Lucky I didnt have it fully bolted up yet.
