So far the Sodium Bicarb seems to be doing the job, not sure how I would go about training a weasel to not do things I don't want them to do. The problem peaked around August and we have been doing our best to remove any feed. I will always have mice as I have a barn full of hay. But we have been fortunate not to have many in the house. I need no more mouths to feed. Will try wetting the feed to reduce spilling. Chickens love to dig and scratch, so having them be neat is a non-starter. We have a containment fence, to keep them out of the disappearance zones (the woods), and they all get locked up daily at dusk, including the guineas (I have 20 of those).
