There is a guy in Knoxville on Clinton Highway, Tim's something or other. He deals in new, seconds. I paid $100 each for the 10- 3x5 single hung, they have the polarized glass that limits high angle solar gain, but allows low angle. Good for winter heat, and does block some summer heat from solar gain. It is a crapshoot looking, but I got lucky. I went there before building, then designed the room around the windows. Cathy loves the room, we use it as our mudroom.

There was a local building supply here that I went to back when we did this sunroom.
It was meant to he a screened porch, but I walked in for materials and found they were going out of business.
They had 5 of the 3 x 5 single hung with dual pane thermal sealed glass vinyl ready with tilt out panels for 50 bucks each.
So thats how it became a sunroom.
Not as fancy as yours, only 10 x 12. Used more as a catch-all for us.

Mine is far from Fancy Brent. We had the room to make it that size, so that’s why it’s the size it is. I should have made the deck a little Bigger . I think I’m all in at 4000

Kinda the same thing.
Cant remember how much we ended up having it it.
Think we built it in 2007.
Had to do roof and walls on that one. It started as a deck the PO had built.

Best be scuffing the window frames with 0000 steel wool. It won't fug the glass, but it will bond the paint.

I follow very casually until after the Grey Cup and then a little more seriously. My employer has a 1/4 share of a box at the arena so I usually get to a couple games a season.

So, you tow the boat and trailer on the roads to the testing station, so they can tell you if it is safe to take it on the roads? Really jiggles the old noggin's. Lol
