Have I ever mentioned I HATE painting?
Not so much just trimming in and putting on a color, but the damn caulking, cleaning, spackling, filling nail holes can GFI.

So I'm painting the sunroom...
I know why a lot of painters drink.

Well, Susan is out of town right now, so I lugged all of the crap out of the room, then started on the painting.
Susan is good at a lot of things.
Painting is NOT one of them, though she is getting better.
She gets more on her than what shes trying to paint. Told her it was cheaper for me to do it. Cost too much for wasted paint and cleanup time/materials.

I'm much better with a spray gun than a brush. I hate the prep and clean up more than the painting. All the masking and tarping and cleaning out brushes... fck that chit

I built my wife a 12 x 24 sunroom on the back (south side) of the house. Took me 2 weeks minus the interior trim. She wanted to have the ceiling some kind of blue, no drywall, just the rafters and plywood. She got it done the way she wanted. I did no painting. I did build the room, and the 12x17' deck, and the 48 feet of 5' wide ramps to drop 39". And the railings, with the hog panels. I will not paint. I hate painting. I will pay a professional to paint if she can't do it.

Did I mention I don't paint. Lol

So I received my first letter of "complaint" lads.

GM of one of the places I call on sent an email to my boss detailing my visit time "organising my social life for 30 minutes with his staff. Five minutes will suffice if our companies are to continue a relationship".

He must have been busy the day I lay in the mud underneath one of his trailers for an hour identifying all the cobbled together bits it was made from...or the time I drove some bits they forgot to them out of my way over an hour...

It's his sandpit so his rules, but my short and sweet visits there from now on will come with a silent GFY.

Boss just laughed.

I hate people like that. There are a few salesmen that like to complain that us drivers (well now just me since the other driver quit) drive around and do nothing all day while they are working in the store. They are real quick to forget about all the emergency deliveries they throw on at 1:00 that need to be driven an hour away to their "very important customers." They also forget that I could care less about those customers, I'll dump their chitt on the street and leave.

Sounds to me like he just entered the, "penalty phase", of your relationship. Where he finds out how bad he screwed up by trying to throw you under a bus! I have a couple of those in my day. They don't even know they are getting screwed back. That's the best part!
