That green is one of my favorite colors, so I was distracted.
7.3 litres comes out to roughly 445 cubic inches, so I'm having trouble equating it to a known American engine. Jumped from 427 in those days to 460, but later I thought.
We did have a 435?, but I think it was used mostly for industrial applications.

7 liter would be a 427 or 428

Depends what your doing with them but I prefer the shorter stroke 429 for a car because of the extra rpm’s they can handle. Built 429/460’s can make 1000 hp so hardly a boat anchor

If it’s a 427 ask him side oiler or center, the side oiler is the engine that won lemans, larger bore and shorter stroke than the 428 so they could run 7000 plus rpm

he is safe from a ass whipping
hes about your age in his 60s and on disability
though hes been seen carrying shingles and block

no point whipping a old man just get things done that makes him miserable
since i was told 12 to 16 inches on the ditch i may fill my side to the 12 and whatever happens happens
last time he complained about the ditch they skimmed the grass off
he said water and such was coming into his yard
the state road guy is one i went to school with and worked with after school
he said the guy is a pain in the ass and no water or mud lines on the blacktop or in his driveway

the guy is a sue happy piece of *s-word so i wont touch physically
but i will laugh if the ditch gets dug and he has a muddy mess on his side lol

Long day today fellas. We worked all the weened calves, then cut out the heifers to move into the heifer pasture. After that we worked in the shop...just came in.


My brother in law called. He was 65 bales into rolling up his second cutting when his baler went down. I offered to bring my baler, but he had a fella closer to finish that section. He wants Jonathan and me to fix his baler....and cut the rest of his place. There's about 30 acres yet to be cut. That means we have about 50 acres to go now, and a baler to fix. LOL
