Thats pretty interesting Mark Adam.

Cant see the rear setup, but it does seem to have coil springs up front.
Also has flat fenders.
Like the rear "accent panels" around the corners.
Probably used to hide rust or body damage as we do.

Front fender/suspension setup seems like something we would do, and maybe something you fullas did as an upgrade, but maybe they were actually smart enough to make it from the factory?
No way our big 3 would admit that another manufacturer would have a better idea.

Thats why Jeeps still had leaf springs at all 4 corners until 1997.
Ferd had coil springs in the mid 70s with a solid front axle.
Chebby, well...they had a solid front axle for a while. Then the floppy arse IFS came out.
Rides great.
