it was a old guys truck before my buddy bought it

Im plumb booked up til second Tuesday of next week Tim.
That was a PITA.
Had to weld with a 3/32" 7018.
My shoulders are shot, so its harder to control my arc with those damn "noodle rods".
I cut most of them in half. That really helped.

LOL! There was some grinding on that one. Normally I just run the wire wheel over it and go, but there were some holes to fill where the steel I was welding to was eroded away.
Also wanted joints ground smooth so maybe the sand wouldnt wear at it as bad.

I would have felt bad getting towed by a Chebbie too.

How you and Maddie doin? Seen ole Hotrod lately?
