usually no twister here but slows traffic way down lol

i had to go rescue my buddy off the interstate and get his dump trailer
he said something happened in the transmission of his 05 dodge cummins and vibrating
so pulled him off the interstate to a place could unhook the dump trailer but hes gonna need alot of parts fixing it
got up to 55 and saw something that looked like a blown tire coming out from under his truck
transfer case chain was hanging free
front driveshaft is along interstate
fuel line and wiring harness got disconnected and i saw shift cable hanging down
he is supposed to get me more pictures of the damage it was really windy when we was unhooking trailer and putting his truck where it wouldnt roll anywhere
then on the way home i was down to 30mph behind traffic because it was raining so hard

Good you were home. Gonna have to pick up all that orange junk off the shop floor. LOL

Evening all. House listing is up, showings start Tuesday. Final stretch of purging and cleaning, spent about 4 hours trimming and raking, was glad when the clouds opened up, it felt good to be cooled off for a bit.

he said it was leaking trans fluid and why he stopped
but vibration im not sure of but you can see the transfer case chain hanging in pictures
it isnt a programmed truck and he put maybe 5000 miles on truck since we changed transmission and it was a newer rebuild

his luck today was *s-wordty
when he was getting ready to go get his truck the front driveshaft came out of his other dodge

possible i guess it was a manual shift transfer case
he had gotten 2 trailer loads of wood and was headed back to get excavator when it happened
