Friday was a fun day, teaching this woman how to use a chainsaw (stihl 009), it kept cutting out. I will ask questions about this problem in a thread.
Anyhow I let her use my little ms171.. so she's getting the hang of it slowly and I keep adding more info\tasks as the day goes on. in the meantime I’m splitting the wood with an axe.

the hot day finished and I went home ahead a few beers and went to bed. Then I get the thanks for today message @23:30 and some other message. I just replied that’s ok, btw I was in the land of dreaming..

them @04:30 I gets a text (which wakes me up) are you still awake ? “I am now” ….
Then I gets loads of messages and the message do you wanna come round I’m lonely…

My nice reply was, I’ve things to do tomorrow, it will have to wait till another night…

now don’t get me wrong I would normally be over there dam quick.. but @56 yrs and it’s nearly 5am.
Which means I will have to get her drunk next time I go round

my sister sent me this and I’ll drive 15 miles to save a dollar a gallon
So I’ll be spending probably 125 in diesel and probably close to 175 in gas for mower and such
Then I’ll fill my other truck at some point lol

I remember in spring 2020 gas around here was at its lowest .63 cents per L(1.92$ right now) . Average over the last 20 years or so has been 1$-1.20$

I hope that was diesel? And buying at Shell too. I saw gasoline at $3.59 in KY the other day. It's coming down, albeit slowly.
