Oh, I know. Only road I was on that was worse is I65 southbound through Birmingham.
I'm pretty sure that road would give a Pro 4 trophy truck suspension a workout.

Just got back from feeding the cattle. It's a beautiful day here in Tennessee. Don't move here though....we are full.

the tree is a Monterey Cyprus, that had the main stem snapped out in the storm in February the base of the tree is 4 or 5’ dia which you can see in the background in the 1st pic


Edit: we just cleaned up the mess, and took the hangers out of the tree.

Only time I see it is in high mileage trucks...so, not sure what my plan is right now.

Well, no one better to work it out.
So is it MAP seeing excessively high boost or VNT actuator straining to develop set point you reckon? Heavy load, high altitude? could require a bit of boost yeah?

It's basically the variable vane turbo is staying in the high boost position longer than the ECM is commanding it to.
At this point it's intermittent. Could be the sensor. Could be the vane actuator. Could be the turbo vanes sticking. I'll probably just run it.
I made it almost home from Florida before it happened on the return trip.

Actually, we have interstates designed specifically for the intended users. The north/south roads we leave full of potholes so the northerners feel at home, and for the southerners heading north to get used to the roads up north.

You should see 640 around Knoxville, I think it is 1/2" of asphalt on top of the old wagon trail roads. Gives the drivers the old west experience.

Seriously, don't go to new england if you hate our roads, theirs make ours feel like driving on a billiards table. Glad you made it home safely.
