Going to warm up here a tad, so thanks go out to Colorado for sending back to Canada what is duly theirs, up to them if they put Old Man Winter away for the year or not up to the Arctic Circle.

We are supposed to be 40’s and 50’s Sunday, Monday and Tuesday so who knows what will happen. I’m leaving the winter tires on just in case (or because I’m a slacker…)

There are lots of versions of meat purse. Chicken Pot Pie is likely the most common in the US, French Canada has Tortiere as well.
