I like crows, they run the hawks out of town. I hate hawks, always looking to take one of my birds. Wish it was legal to shoot them. I never understood the hate for crows. To each their own.

One of my birds? Chickens and guineas, they give me eggs and don't bother anything. Just because you like the protected bird, doesn't make you right. Crows don't bother my birds, hawks do. You got a lot of balls to question why I don't like hawks. GFY! Unless you want to apologize. I never said I kill them, I just wish I could. Don't like it, tough!

Evening *s-wordhawks. I really liked the sweetness of the syrup with the loin, but the beans stole the show. Tossed them with oil and this steak seasoning. I even kicked the bacon out of the way to get more beans.

I thought about roasting some redskins but I've been exploring non-meat 'n' potatoes based meals. I could see just the bean and bacon bundles on a plate some time.

Kumara (Maori sweet tato) is way down on starch I think it is. Keto approved anyway.

I'm getting some of Momma's flatbread tonight. Heavy on the ham, pepperoni, and jalepenos or broccoli and cauliflower.

I have a friend that half-assed tries keto. I'm not doing a diet but I enjoy trying other stuffs. I can never give up pasta, but a simple plate of chicken breast and kale is a nice change.
