Not sure Ray. When I pasted it over here from an iPad Pro, it showed both line 1 and 2, and was green in the blocks that I got the letters correct in both lines. When I hit post here, it just shows one line and four grey blocks.

Maybe all 5 were spares rotated in one at a time every 1000 miles, so 5 rotations per 5000 mile oil change, enough times to put 10,000 miles total on all.
