So anyhoo, got a couple pics of yesterdays fun time. Actually really enjoyed this one.

Customer purchased a runway system and two 7.5 ton cranes.
System also has 4 each two ton jibs mounted to engineered columns.

Two of the jibs deflected excessively when load tested. We found that the building roof columns they were braced to were actually bending.
Came in and boxed those roof supports with 3/8" x 8" steel flat stock. Welded at 1/4" stitch 3" on 12".
Took care of the problem.
