Only an inch up here today.
I'm guessing 43.How many cars are on their tops?
They don't know how to drive up north either. The difference is in the south, they try less, and stay home more.I'm guessing 43.
Mfers dont know how to drive down here when its NOT snowing or icy.
Yes indeed my left hand is muh Goot oneSo now we all know what you do with the other hand Pat.
Hope it heals up and gets back to work for you soon.
Weve had sleet or snow most of the day, but probably didnt drop much more than 1" of snow/mix, and we missed the wind completely. The great 2022 Ga Blizzard dropped some flurries here for about 30 mins…winning!

Snow on the trees was pretty. Had that muffled quiet that soft falling snow makes sometimes. Really enjoyed it.

Dang Guinea fowls!
Good for a lot of things, and still somehow aggravate me to the point I wouldnt keep any.
Besides that, Bosslady doesnt like critters with feathers.
If its a dog, she will take care of it, even if its not hers. Shes been feeding the neighbors Blue heeler pup(because they dont, long story), but she aint much on birds of any sort. Childhood thing with her abusive-arse father.
Rimfire or shotgun? I use a 22 savage 93. Easier with a friend, that way you can cover both sides of the tree.Beautiful afternoon here. It was too quiet and way too crunchy in the woods this afternoon. The squirrels were on top of this mfer for his first time out. Mostly watching, I shot more than I should have at the distances they stayed but I nailed a couple. Had four deer come 20 yds from me. Milled around for about five min before they noticed the beard standing by the tree. Still a much needed woods day.
So about 4" less then you are used to getting, then?

Where the hell would I find a stick, my woods are clean. I will sometimes hang an orange vest on a branch, and stalk to the other side. More fun with as buddy though.Just throw a stick to the other side

Ive heard that from my grandads people. Our first 8 guineas we're so dumb, I thought they were related to the dodo birds from the ice age movie. They would lay their eggs in hidden locations, all over the farm. We had to stalk them to find them. We had a chicken get broody, and no more roosters, (long story too), so we put a clutch of guinea eggs under her. She hatched and raised them. Now I have guineas that scratch like chickens, and understand clucking.
Then, that same chicken got broody again, and raised another clutch. Each generation has become smarter and smarter. Where the first group would go back and forth behind a fence, right to the last post, where the fence ended, only to go back the other way. Maddening! These know there way around, and go to bed each night. Locked in every night. The new ones even taught the older ones. It has been amazing to watch. I like them, and they drive me crazy at the same time. I would miss having them if we didn't have them.
Wife now has them trained to lay eggs wherever she puts the golf ball decoys. Once the guineas get broody, we break up the nest, and they move to the next decoy nest. Guinea eggs are so tasty.
Sorry for the long post.
