I'm off to a funeral for a really great guy
Adam Atkinson
I grew up with his son
And knew him all my life.
But he was a bus driver in the early 70s
And drove my oldest brother Stanley to school.
My brother got into a fist fight on the school bus on the way to school
And adam said if you boys are gonna fight
Get off my bus and fight.
So as soon as they stepped off the bus
Adam drove off and dropped the other students off.
My brother won the fight but had to walk
20 miles home he was exhausted
The loser only has to walk 5 miles lol
They were best friend's after that.
