Having camaraderie is one thing, all it takes is one guy to screw up an entire crew and that guy has to go or failure will surely ensue.

Had to fire a friend of mine one time, he saw it as play time for 8 hours and not only for himself but the entire crew as well. His thinking that me being foreman was going to save him, was proven by the look on his face when I handed him his last check and a one way ticket home.

i wasnt allowed to fire anyone
only general foreman and superintendent has that power
or he would have been gone

People that went to a farm store are fukking retarded. I took prescribed ivermectin for my body weight by a doctor..I don't think I needed it but I wanted to try it.

I'm not vaccinated and felt fine after 2 days of taking ivermectin

* The Ivermectin at TSC for horses is the same as the one for us Fellers. Joe Rogan wasn't wrong in taking it!

There's 3 thing's I can't pronounce that were in the version of ivermectin I took as opposed to what you'd buy to give to a horse.

I sat there and had that discussion with the doctor for a good 30 minutes.
